Tangia Bab Doukkala

Bab DoukkalaMarrakesh

8.6

The city's bachelor stew done right: beef and preserved lemon sealed in clay urns and buried overnight in the ashes of the neighborhood hammam furnace. You order by weight, it arrives with bread and mint tea, and conversation stops. The room is fluorescent-lit and charmless, seating is shared benches, and it's all completely beside the point.

Order this

  • Tangia (beef with preserved lemon)
  • Zaalouk
  • Mint tea

The dishes reviewers keep coming back for. Ordering off-list is on you.
