We booked dinner in every night. In Marrakesh.
- Good
- The family's lamb tagine ended a three-year argument about the best thing I've eaten, and the olive-tree courtyard at $68 a night is the best value I've found on two continents.
- Bad
- The courtyard-level rooms hear every breakfast conversation from 7:30am, and there's no bar, spa, or anything else — stillness is the entire product.
- Verdict
- Food-first couples should book the upstairs rooms and every dinner; travelers needing amenities and evening entertainment should take a Hivernage hotel instead.
